I started coaching because I have 6 years of experience in fat loss, muscle building & weight training, and in this 6 year I have been through lots of trial and error. It was a really stressful road trying to teach myself how to look the best but while still maintaining a healthy enjoyable & sustainable life around fitness, a lot of people fall away from fitness and dieting because they hop on a strict fad diet that is not sustainable in any way. I started coaching because I want to be able to teach people how I got to where I am today, without the 6 years of trial and error that I had to go through to teach myself how to look good in the most sustainable and enjoyable way!
