Your plan only changes when you stop getting results, if you continue to get results then we will stay on the current plan until we have hit a plateau.
You are going to need energy to train so I always recommend having at least two meals before you do your weight session.
It does not matter what time do you do cardio at, it will not affect anything but I do recommend you don’t do cardio directly before your weight session as it can influence your energy before you hit the weights.
You will be given your own cardio plan weekly.
Yes, you can eat your own food if you are tracking it into the calorie intake you have been given if you are hitting your protein goal for that day then that is fine!
